The pedestrian transfer from the marketplace axis, created for the Aegean neighborhood section of the redesigned harbor area, to the site and the mass was intended. To reduce the density at the ground level (+0 level) of the site, the activity and indoor market areas were lowered to a sub-level. Each level transitions in function progressively from social to social-educational and then to educational, but common areas and public spaces were considered at entry level.
